Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Speedimo, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Speedimo is a technology platform, directory, and communication tool that connects community housing providers with healthcare professionals — including discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and care coordinators — who are seeking housing resources for patients or clients.

Speedimo is not a healthcare provider, medical provider, placement agency, housing provider, or facility. Speedimo does not own, operate, inspect, certify, endorse, verify, license, or guarantee any provider or listing, and does not make placement decisions. See our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent.
• One account per user; do not share credentials or misrepresent your role or affiliation.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Submit patient medical records or Protected Health Information (PHI) through the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest listing data for purposes unrelated to legitimate use of the directory.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform or access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Housing Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and timeliness of all information they submit, including:

• Facility information and descriptions
• Bed availability
• Pricing and payment sources
• Services and amenities
• Contact information
• Eligibility and admission requirements
• Photos and other listing content

Providers must hold all rights, licenses, and permissions required to operate and list their facilities, must keep bed availability information current, and must promptly respond to inquiries about their listings.

Healthcare Professionals are responsible for independently evaluating any provider before making a referral or placement decision. This includes confirming licensure, certifications, insurance, services, pricing, current availability, admission criteria, and suitability for the patient or client. You must not submit patient identifying or medical information through the platform.

All listing information — including bed availability — is submitted and confirmed by the housing providers themselves and is not independently verified by Speedimo. Speedimo does not guarantee that a bed shown as available will still be available when you contact the provider. Availability status indicators reflect the time since a provider last confirmed their listing, not a guarantee of a current opening. Always confirm availability directly with the provider.

Speedimo may suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account, and may remove, deactivate, or hide any listing, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms, inaccurate or misleading listings, stale availability information, fraudulent activity, or to protect users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The Speedimo name, logo, and platform design are the property of Speedimo LLC. Providers retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Speedimo a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the directory and related marketing features (such as shareable public listing pages and QR codes).

The platform contains information provided by third parties (housing providers) and relies on third-party services (such as hosting and email delivery). Speedimo is not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services, and your dealings with any provider found through the platform are solely between you and that provider.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPEEDIMO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LISTING INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDIMO LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, RELIANCE ON LISTING INFORMATION, OR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS, PROVIDERS, PATIENTS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time without liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Speedimo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Speedimo LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
