Speedimo is a technology platform and directory that connects healthcare professionals — including discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and care coordinators — with participating community housing providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices you have.

Account registration information

When you create a Speedimo account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and your role on the platform (Housing Provider or Healthcare Professional). Healthcare Professional accounts may also include the name of the organization you work for.

Housing Provider and listing information

Housing Providers submit information about their facilities, including facility name, descriptions, address and location, services, amenities, pricing or payment sources, eligibility and admission requirements, bed availability, photos, and contact information (such as a contact name, email, or phone number). This information is provided by the provider and is displayed in the directory.

Contact form submissions

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company (optional), email address, subject, and message so we can respond to your inquiry.

Email communications

If you email us or receive emails from us (such as account verification, password reset, availability reminders, or replies to your inquiries), we retain those communications and related delivery metadata.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers automatically record standard technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We also record aggregate listing engagement events (such as listing views) to show providers how their listings perform.

What we do not collect

Speedimo is not designed to receive or store patient medical records or Protected Health Information (PHI). Please do not submit patient identifying or medical information through the platform. Speedimo does not sell your personal information.

• To operate the directory, including displaying provider-submitted listings to users.
• To send account, security, and service emails (verification, password reset, availability reminders).
• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To provide providers with aggregate metrics about their listings.
• To maintain the security, performance, and reliability of the platform.

Provider-submitted listing information (including provider contact details) is visible to users of the directory — that is the purpose of the platform. We also share information with the service providers needed to operate Speedimo, including:

• Cloud hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure (Lovable Cloud).
• Email delivery services used to send account and service emails (Resend).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Speedimo uses browser storage (such as local storage) to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our database, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the platform. Contact form inquiries and correspondence are retained as needed to respond and maintain records. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

• Request deletion of your account and personal information.
• Opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Account and security emails (such as verification and password reset) are required to use the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Speedimo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
